Bellrose New Home Reservation Agreement
In order to reserve your Bellrose home we will ask you to sign our new home reservation form and pay a reservation fee of £1000. For your peace of mind we use the Reservation Agreement form in compliance with the Consumer Code for Home Builder’s Requirements. You will be given a copy of the Consumer Code Scheme in hard or electronic form, at the same time as your reservation form.
